Position and Job descriptions
Staff can view their job description and the different dimensions of their position. Drafted by HR and managers, job descriptions are entirely customizeable and give a full picture of the specificities and demands of each position.
Appraisals and consolidations
Designed around positions and skills, the module’s grids allow for a personalized assessment of teams. Individually or in groups, your staff can assess and validate their skills while formalizing specific development objectives.
Skills management, consolidations and relocations
Professional and functional skills are defined according to a set of key specialized and generic skills which can be weighted. By comparing the positions and requirements, one can analyse gaps and suggest training measures. You can also display prospective outlooks, build allegiance with trainings and consolidate skills for a profession, a position, a section, etc.
Goal management
