Summary
The Allegro Performance Management module allows firms to create or reproduce existing performance appraisals processes to a collaborative web-based platform.
Staff and management enter goals, detailed targets, expected results, deadlines and main steps. Staff can update their objective their progress and results obtained. Finally, managers evaluate the results. Performance management can be performed once a year or continuously.
Staff can also input internal mobility and professional evolution wishes. Appraisal histories can be illustrated graphically thereby revealing trends. HR can monitor the whole process via the HR dashboard and its indicators.
