Compensation management

This tool provides Middle management, Top management and HR with Web-based tools to manage salary reviews. Managers have a special portal where they can access their subordinates’ data, including salaries, bonus proposals and future conditions. Top management and HR can review, modify and validate the proposals. Throughout the process, HR can monitor the progress of approvals as well as view reports on the evolution of payroll.
