You will communicate daily, using instant messaging and Skype, with the other developers and Allegro HR managers in order to:
You will meet our customers in Geneva or Paris to develop and install interfaces between Allegro and their applications, and parameterize Allegro according to their needs. You are, thus, supposed to analyze the synchronization processes and produce the necessary applications.

ADEQUASYS, the Franco-Swiss company and editor of the human resources management innovative solution Allegro eHR, is recruiting consultants for its entities in France and Switzerland in order to enlarge its current team and answer the considerable growth of its customers.
You will be in charge of installing our solution (HR Portal, Self-service, employees management, Absences, Training, e-Recruitment, Performance management, Remuneration revision, Competencies management, Careers management...).
Within this context, you will advise your customers on the implementation of the e-HR projects, participate in the needs analysis phase, draft the functional specifications, parameterize the solutions, develop needed interfaces, etc. You will also train the users and participate in the development of the product by suggesting improvements.
Profile :
(M/F) with a BAC+4/5 training, you have, if possible, a convincing experience in the implementation of HR solutions within an editor or an integrator.
You have excellent knowledge of Web technologies and more particularly HTML, XML, Javascript as well as DBMS MySQL/MsSQL/Oracle and MS ACCESS.
An experience of interface making among various IS and knowledge of networks, Web server configuration, would be an important plus.
The applicant must have the taste for quality service and new projects, so much seriousness, a good spirit of analysis, team spirit, and a great autonomy.
The job may also require you to intervene at an international level. An operational practice of English is thus desirable.
